Summer Breeze Punch
  • 60ml/ 2 parts Beefeater Gin
  • 30ml/ 1 part lemon juice (fresh)
  • 30ml/ 1 part Lillet Blanc
  • 15ml/ 0.5 Curacao
  • 15ml/ 0.5 parts gomme syrup
  • 120ml/ 4 parts vervain tea / mint tea (chilled)
  • Fresh strawberries, mint sprigs and lemon wheels to garnish
Summer Breeze Punch

 

 

 

 

 

Mix all the above on a block of ice in a punch bowl or on rock ice in a highball glass and garnish with fresh strawberries, mint sprigs and wheels of lemon.
These quantities serve 2 but can be easily increased for larger groups.

Did you know that vervain was considered holy by monks and druids alike? It is said that washing your hands in an infusion of vervain will cause anyone you then touch to fall in love with you. But be careful who you touch my friends, let us not forget the tale of Midas.
