Crusta Cocktail Recipe
2 parts Courvoisier VSOP Exclusif cognac
1/2 part orange liqueur
1/2 part cherry liqueur
1/2 part lemon juice
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
1/5 part sugar syrup
Garnish with a cut lemon skin encircling the inside of the glass

Rim a snifter or fluted glass with crushed dark sugar (crusta). Add all the other ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake hard for a short time. Strain into the sugar crusted glass.

The Crusta Cocktail is made using Courvoisier Cognac, Orange Liqueur, Cherry liqueur, lemon juice, angostura biters, simple syrup, and lemon. The Crusta Cocktail Recipe.
