Beefeater 24 Gin is the super premium expression of the Beefeater family. Adding a handful of new botanicals to the spirit, including grapefruit peel and, most notably, Japanese and Chinese green tea has given it a distinctive flavour. It gets its name from its unique distillation process, in which all botanicals are steeped together in the base spirit for 24 hours before going into traditional pot stills.

Plymouth Gin. Now a geographically protected spirit thanks to the water used to distil it, Plymouth gin has a unique taste profile. It is not juniper heavy like many gins. Its seven botanicals are finely balanced, so that no single one dominates the flavour. It keeps a wonderful junipery, lemony bite with deeper earthy notes, whilst also having a slight sweetness with extraordinary concentration and complexity.
