Bacardi 151 is an over-proof rum. The 151-proof liquor has an alcohol content of 75.5%, compared to the usual 35%–40%. Bacardi's 151-proof rum has been available in the US since at least 1981.

151 overproof rum is a distilled spirits, and since it is distilled to 151 proof or 75% alcohol bacardi 151 can be easily ignited. Bartenders have been known to do fire tricks using Bacardi 151. This takes training and practice, otherwise people can get hurt.
