The Ward Eight Cocktail is one of the first elaborate shooters of its time. The Ward Eight is a bourbon based cocktail with sweet and sour mix soda water and a splash of grenadine. Cocmbine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker but, because there is club soda in the ward eight we do not shake it, we simply pour it into a rocks glass.
