Millennium Martini
1 ounce Absolut Vodka
1/2 ounce Blue Curacao
Half glass of Champagne
Garnish with a Cube of sugar 		The Millennium Martini is a Champagne cocktail in a martini glass This cocktail has a nice blue appearance and is quite smooth as well. The bubbles in the Champagne are very lively in this cockail. The Millennium Martini Cocktail Recipe.

 
Fill a Cocktail glass half way with Champagne then add the sugar cube. Combine the Vodka and Blue Curacao with ice in a cocktail shaker and strain into the cocktail glass.
