1/2 part 1/2 double cream and 1/2 milk
3 pear slices for garnish

,sugar and cream. The

In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients and shake vigorously for approximatey 15 seconds. Double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice cubes and garnish with 3 pear slices and grated nuts.
