The Chi Chi Cocktial is a frozen drink not unlike the famous pina Colada. The Chi Chi uses vodka as a base instead of rum. You can use a flavored vodka in this one like maybe vanilla, or get alittle crazy and try blueberry or raspberry flavored vodka.
