Whilst not an established ingredient for the classic vodka martini, the use of Belvedere Pink Grapefruit in place of a flavorless vodka serves to showcase the elegance of this maceration, and produces a delicate and refreshing alternative to the standard vodka martini recipe.

Stir all ingredients over ice (the martini should be on the ‘wet’ side).
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
