Absinthe Cocktail recipe. This cocktail recipe is an alternative to using the traditional absinthe device which holds a sugar cube and drips ice cold water through the sugar and into you absinthe. With this recipe you just mix the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake and then strain it into a chilled cocktail glass. Enjoy
