Fruit juice is a big offender when it comes to sugar content, and the low carb diet. There are a few arguements to be had here. The sugar that comes naturally in juice is more easily used by your body than added sugar, and light juice is mearly your regular juice cut with water. An easy way to stay with the juice is to mix some diet 7-up, Club Soda, or water.
Vodka, Gin, Rum, Tequila, Brandy, Whiskey. These spirits contain 0 carbs. However, spiced rum, and malibu rum and some other rums have tons of sugar added to them, and lately some of the whiskies have added a honey whiskey to their brands, which has added sweeteners. The infused vodka and rums are sugar free, only the flavor is infused into the spirit not the sugar, so you are safe with those.
Liqueurs are definitaly off limits. You can forget drinking Jagermeister, Southern Comfort, Kahlua, Amaretto, Cherry Brandy, Apple Pucker, Bailey's irish cream and the thousand other liqueurs, Schnapps, flavored Brandies, Just say no.
